Orisbet Deleted My ₺1,500 Balance After Withdrawal Request Without Explanation
On August 1, 2025, I attempted to withdraw ₺1,500 from my Orisbet account. Instead of processing my withdrawal, my account balance was reset to zero, and I never received my money.
The site claimed that I had committed a “rule violation,” but no clear explanation was ever provided about which rule I supposedly broke. When I contacted customer service, they failed to offer any solution or justification, and I was given no information about when or if my money would be refunded.
This treatment is unacceptable. I followed the standard withdrawal process, and my funds were unfairly taken without transparency.
I demand that Orisbet restores my account balance and refunds the ₺1,500 that rightfully belongs to me. Customers should not lose their money due to vague accusations and a complete lack of accountability.
