On August 18, 2025, around 3–4 AM, I deposited ₺1,000 into my Orisbet account and claimed a slot bonus. I used the bonus exclusively in slot games and placed bets in the sports section only with my main balance. I fully completed the bonus wagering requirements, and my winnings were credited to my account.
After this, I submitted a withdrawal request. However, I was shocked to be told that my ₺20,000 winnings had been canceled because I had allegedly used my balance for sports bets. They claimed that only my deposit would remain in my account and that I could continue playing with it, but all my legitimate winnings were erased.
I believe this is completely unfair. I should have the right to decide where to play with my main balance, and Orisbet never showed me any rule, clause, or written condition stating otherwise. When I contacted customer service, they only repeated that I could not use my balance outside the slots section but failed to provide any documented policy.
This is not the first time I have experienced such treatment, and it has caused me significant financial harm. I demand that Orisbet pays out my full ₺20,000 winnings without further delay. Customers should not lose their rightful earnings based on vague or hidden conditions.
