I am absolutely outraged by what I experienced on OrisBet. I had a total balance of ₺173,000 in my account. When I tried to initiate a withdrawal, the process was abruptly canceled. Shortly after, I received a request for identity verification documents. I promptly submitted everything they asked for, assuming it was a standard procedure.
To my shock, once the documents were reviewed, my account balance was suddenly slashed to just ₺25,000. That means ₺148,000 vanished without any explanation. When I contacted customer service to ask why such a huge deduction occurred, I received the most unacceptable response:
"We cannot disclose the reason. This was a decision made by our risk department."
