I am registered on the Orisbet platform under the username srdrctn. On August 22, 2025, my account held a total balance of ₺75,004. After I submitted a withdrawal request, ₺65,004 was removed from my balance without any explanation, leaving me with only ₺10,000.
Before this incident, I had submitted all required documents exactly as requested. A customer representative informed me that there was a 24-hour approval process. After waiting 48 hours, I was told I could proceed with a withdrawal. I then submitted a ₺50,000 crypto withdrawal request, but immediately after this, my balance dropped to ₺10,000.
I contacted live support multiple times, but the only response I received was that “it was the decision of the finance department.” No reason was provided for why such a decision was made, and no explanation was given for why my winnings were deleted. I never used any promotions, bonuses, or campaigns. Before making the withdrawal request, I specifically consulted a customer representative who assured me there would be no issues. This was also my first withdrawal attempt, and I had never experienced such a problem before.
I must emphasize that I was playing in order to cover my mother’s hospital expenses, and by chance, I was able to win nearly the full amount I needed. Having my legitimate winnings erased without justification has left me both financially and emotionally devastated.
I demand that Orisbet immediately restore the ₺65,004 that was unfairly deleted from my account and resolve this issue without delay.
