I purchased my Oppo Reno 17 Pro smartphone one month ago from Media Markt. Since the first day of use, the phone has had multiple serious issues — it appears as turned off to callers, the AirDrop feature doesn’t work, and CarPlay screen mirroring fails to connect. These problems have been present from the moment I started using the device.
I have checked all settings, reinserted my SIM card, and even performed a factory reset, but nothing has solved the problem. I’ve spoken with Oppo customer service multiple times, but they have misguided me repeatedly, even providing the wrong service address. Despite all my efforts, no one has offered a proper solution, and my grievance continues.
My device is still under warranty, and I have all invoices and documents in order. I am requesting that my defective phone be replaced with a new one immediately. It has been one month since I purchased it, and I expect a clear and prompt resolution without further delays.
