I Face Memory Card Reading Issue on Oppo A55 Smartphone

I have been experiencing a serious issue with my Oppo A55 smartphone for the past 3–4 months. The device no longer reads my Sandisk 64GB memory card, even though I repeatedly removed and reinserted it and also tried restarting the phone multiple times. When the issue first started, the card occasionally worked again after some time, but for the last two months, the phone has completely stopped detecting the memory card.
I bought the card brand new and have only ever used it with this phone. I have not yet tested the card on another device to confirm if the fault lies with the phone or the memory card. My Oppo A55 was purchased more than two years ago from a regular phone retailer, and the memory card was bought from a phone repair shop. Since my phone is now out of warranty, I am looking for proper technical support.
I request Oppo to assist me in resolving this issue, either by guiding me on next steps or by providing service options. A phone that fails to read a compatible memory card after such a short time is unacceptable. I expect a clear and prompt solution from Oppo.
