Opel's Delivery Delays: Urgent Resolution Needed for Long-standing Victimization

 First of all, I would like to convey to you that I am very satisfied with the dealer or sales consultant I purchased from. The source of my problem is your brand. My reason for waiting until now is my respect for my dealer and sales consultant, but you have even pushed this limit. I bought a mokka vehicle from your company on 08.04.2023. I was told that the customs procedures of the vehicle started on 27.04.2023 and that it would be delivered in May. May is over, I was told that my vehicle had a shipment problem and that delivery would be made until June 3. There is no delivery again, according to the information from my sales consultant, the shipment will be made by you between June 3/16. Today I couldn't stand it and called your company, but the answer I got this time was that the shipment would be made between June 17/22. Your customer service representative told me this very comfortably as if I had not waited for 2 months. Is such inconsistency normal or is there something wrong and I am being told? If Koskoca Opel cannot find a truck to ship my vehicle, I will direct a tow truck from Izmir and send my vehicle. Now I ask you, is it normal for a brand like Opel to still not be able to give me a delivery date for so long. How will you eliminate my victimization for so long? As someone from the sector, which of your excuses would be convincing to me. I would like to ask for your help in the urgent delivery of my vehicle and in the meantime, I would like you to eliminate my victimization.
