I purchased a brand-new 2024 model OPEL ASTRA L (license plate 69 AAY 7**, Chassis No: VXKEPHNS5R1025***) from the Erzurum Opel Erdemir dealership approximately 9 months ago. Since day one, I have been facing serious and progressively worsening issues with the vehicle, which have caused significant inconvenience. Despite taking the car to the authorized service center multiple times, the problems have not been resolved, and instead, new and potentially dangerous faults have emerged.

1. Delivery Deficiencies and Misleading Information:
During the sale, I was promised a double-layer ceramic coating and original deep tray floor mats as complimentary items. However, these were not provided as promised at the time of delivery. When I noticed that the ceramic coating had only been partially applied to a small section of the front hood and refused to take delivery, I was assured the coating would be completed properly in front of me at a later date. I was never contacted again, and no further action was taken. This incomplete delivery and misleading information were the first causes of my dissatisfaction.

2. Recurring Faults That Pose a Safety Risk:
At only 308 km, the vehicle started showing a headlight malfunction and a "lane keep assist deactivated" warning, which I immediately reported to the authorized service. I drove 175 km from Bayburt to Erzurum to have the car checked, but I was told no faults were recorded in the system. Even though I showed video evidence of the issue, I was given an unacceptable explanation: “These things can happen with electronic vehicles.”

Additional faults that emerged over time and severely compromised my driving safety include:
• Lane Keep Assist Deactivation: This feature suddenly shuts off while driving, endangering my safety. A video recording of this issue is available.
• Unclear Door Open Warning: While driving, I constantly receive a door open alert, but it doesn't specify which door, which distracts me and creates a sense of insecurity. This too has been recorded.
• Recurring Headlight Malfunction: This issue has persisted since day one and remains unresolved. It poses a serious risk during night driving. A video of this problem is also available.

Experiencing such issues with a brand-new vehicle is unacceptable, and I expect a clear and satisfactory resolution from Opel.
