Opel Roadside Assistance Took Money From Me Unnecessarily
I have an Opel Grandland X model vehicle. The steering wheel was locked. It would unlock when I applied a little force on the right and left, I know it unlocked. But this time the steering wheel felt a little too stiff. I didn't want to damage it by applying too much force, I could have done it but I didn't. I called the Opel Authorized Service, explained the situation and asked for a little advice. The service representative told me that he had never heard of this problem before and that it had never happened to him. I was surprised. We decided to proceed with roadside assistance. They said that a tow truck would come for the car and that my car would be connected to the computer and checked. The service came, the service that came was a normal car, the tow truck didn't come. My car was not connected to the computer. The authorized person who came only applied a lot of force to the steering wheel and the steering wheel went back to its original state. This was not what was said on the phone. All this was to get a large roadside assistance payment. I asked you about this when I was making the payment, I asked why you didn't tell me on the phone but I didn't get an answer. The representative who came only stopped for 1 minute. I don't think this is appropriate for a brand like Opel.
