Opel Grandland Sudden Engine Stop

About 1.5 months ago, on April 8, 2025, we took delivery of our 2025 Opel Grandland brand vehicle and put it on the road. On our first long journey, the engine suddenly failed on the road in Antalya. The vehicle locked itself on the road. My wife and two children and I were in a situation that could cause a very serious accident. The car stayed in the middle lane of a 3-lane road. We were disgraced as a family. My wife and children are lucky that I was able to send it 450 km to Eskişehir with my friend's car. After a long effort, I was able to see the car delivered to the service by towing in the evening. The vehicle is 1580 km. I have used many vehicles. This is the first time that something like this happens to me. We have also experienced the brand quality like Opel in this way. Even if it happens to you once, it is very sad to experience this in a car that you paid so much money for. I don't know what to say to Opel Turkey and the Opel brand. I will continue to make my complaint regularly and tirelessly on social media and other communication and complaint lines every day.
