Brand New Opel Grandland Ultimate Broke Down After 65 Km

Opel Grandland Ultimate, which I bought as zero from Maltepe Değer Otomotiv on October 29, gave fault warnings on many electronic components on October 31 after using only 65 km. Üsküdar Opel Global has pulled the authorized service vehicle into authorized service. Since then, I have not received any information about my vehicle for 12 days. Every time I called, I lingered by saying, "We will call you," and there was no return. In this process, I was neither given a spare vehicle nor was informed about the condition of the vehicle. Although I repeatedly called both service and Opel customer service, I was constantly skipped and did not get a clear answer. I was extremely victimized by a vehicle that I bought zero and only traveled 70 km in this way and the problem could not be solved. Although my vehicle is covered by a 3 year 100,000 km warranty, this indifference and uncertainty I experienced is unacceptable. I request an urgent notification about the condition of my vehicle and if the problem cannot be solved, I request a one-on-one change within the scope of the defective vehicle. I would also like to state that if the problem is not solved this week, I will initiate the necessary legal actions against the authorized service and service manager, who distracts people and seriously damages the brand.
