Opel Mokka Headlights Fogging Issue

Hi there! Upon the arrival of winter, I observed fogging and water droplets on the rear and other headlights of my Opel Mokka, which I bought on 04/07/2023. Upon further examination, I also observed minor cracks. I reached out to the Aslanbey Opel service center in Hatay/Belen/Sarımazı about this matter. The man overseeing warranty issues mentioned that the factory had made a decision against the claim, stating that there was no defect in production. I request that Opel correct this incorrect decision, provide compensation for my inconvenience, and replace the damaged headlights.
