Opel Mokka E Shuts Down After Charging and Dealer Won't Solve the Problem

We bought an Opel Mokka E from Gaziantep Opel in Turkey and encountered major issues after charging the car. Each time after charging, the car shut down completely. This didn’t just happen once! When we reported it, Gaziantep Opel told us the car was fine and advised us to change our charging location. We did, but the problem happened again and again. Their response? They insisted the car was fine and said we should use the charging cable they provided. We did, and it caused all our office’s electrical equipment to fail. The car was taken back to Gaziantep Opel, and they still haven't called us with any updates. No replacement car was offered either. Worst of all: Opel doesn’t stand by their cars. Do not buy from Opel!
