Opel Delivered Crosland Without Original Floor Mats

When I received the car, the dealership did not provide the original floor mats, assuring me that they would be delivered later. Since September, I have been following up on the delivery of the floor mats without success. Despite reaching out to Opel Turkey for assistance, they were unable to provide a resolution, the prolonged delay is just getting my nerves, why deliver it like that in the first place...I find it unacceptable to face such difficulties in obtaining a basic accessory for my vehicle...
