Every time I go to the Opel dealership in Diyarbakir, they say there's a list of people waiting for cars, but they never tell me when it will be our turn. Even when it's finally our turn, we don't get to choose the car's color or other details. The cars keep coming in, but for some reason, the list of people waiting seems to go on forever and we never get our turn. After these cars have changed hands a few times, they are sold again at a higher price. When will we stop doing things for no reason? It's about time that the authorized headquarters took control away from the local dealerships. If we can't find a solution, we won't be afraid to file a formal complaint with the right people.
