On January 14, 2023, I bought an Opel Corsa 1.2 100 HP AT8 Elegance. Since then, there have been four problems with the multimedia screen. When I took my car to Opel Gercek Beşiktaş service on April 8, 2023, I was told that the problem would be fixed by new software. I know they are waiting for the fix, but they haven't told me when it will be ready. If I have an accident because the rearview camera doesn't work and I'm a new driver, will Opel be responsible? I want Opel to take responsibility for the problem and find a solution quickly because we're not buying bread or olives from a market; we're buying a car that carries our lives. I used to own a VW Group car, and I never had any issues with it. In addition to the problem with the multimedia screen, I have also seen a crack on the piano black part of the front right vent. Even though I told Opel about this on April 23, it's still not fixed. I've sent pictures and proof, but I'm still not getting a response. I would like it if Opel could talk to their customers better so they wouldn't hurt their image.
