FamPay Wrong Transaction Refund Request
I am using a Fampay account, and on 02/03/2026, I accidentally sent 20 Rs to the wrong ICICI Bank UPI ID, which is deepaktakshak2***@okicici. I intended to pay someone else, but the money went to this UPI ID by mistake. I do not have any other bank account; this transfer was made only through my Fampay account. I have not yet contacted customer support before this, and I am now requesting your help. I kindly ask you to check this wrong transaction and please refund my 20 Rs, or reverse the transaction if possible, so that the money is returned to my account. I also request a clear response about the action taken on this issue.
