I own a 2023 model Opel Corsa, and I’ve been experiencing issues with the multimedia screen. Sometimes, when I start the car, the screen doesn’t turn on. Even if I turn the ignition off and on again, the screen remains unresponsive for a long time. I’ve taken the car to the authorized service center 3-4 times regarding this issue, and they’ve told me they are waiting for a software update. Unfortunately, I haven’t received adequate support so far—just constant delays and stalling. The latest update I received was that the software update would arrive in December 2024, but when I asked the customer representative, they said it still hasn’t been released. Opel seems aware of the issue, as they switched to a different screen model starting with 2024 vehicles, but they are neglecting owners of 1-2-year-old cars. It feels like the service center is stalling us, waiting for the warranty to expire. Please provide a solution for this issue.
