New Opel Grandland Ultimate Premium Grandland Paint Thickness on the Door





I bought a Grandland Ultimate Premium pack model vehicle from İzmir Opel Arkas on 31.07.2023. When I had an appraisal done in the dealer's showroom on 02.03.2023 without putting the vehicle on the road, it was reported that there was a play in the assembly part where the paint thickness was high inside and outside the driver's door. The dealer claimed that this may be due to production, not a defective vehicle. But I was not told that there was such a situation from production without buying the vehicle. If I hadn't had a wolf in me and hadn't done an appraisal, I would have faced this bitter surprise when I was selling it again and I wouldn't have been able to make a claim. We are still negotiating with the company, but they do not deliver the vehicle, even the insurance I paid for. I don't know if they plan to paint the interior completely and equalize the thickness. I have my rightful doubts on the subject. The sales manager also refused my request for a replacement with a new vehicle
