Oofos Shoe Quality Declined in The Recent Years

In the past, I've been a loyal customer, having worn approximately ten pairs of your shoes. However, the quality and comfort of the last three or four pairs have been subpar. They lack the comfort and style that I've come to expect from your brand. While I appreciate the option to exchange them, it's inconvenient to have to go through the hassle of returning and replacing shoes multiple times. I'd rather purchase a product that meets my expectations from the start. I urge you to reconsider the changes in your manufacturing process and revert to the superior quality of your previous shoes. As a loyal customer, I value consistency and reliability in your products. Bring back the old shoes that I've come to rely on and enjoy, actually many of us like to enjoy, I'm pretty sure I can't be the only one feeling it.

"I bought shoes from Slazenger, one of them is big and the other is small, a manufacturing defect, and I normally wear size 42. I asked for my own size, and one of my feet is all wounded. I wrote here, they gave me a customer number, I sent the shoes, and they have been delivered for 3 days now. They neither respond nor get back to me. I kindly request your immediate assistance and believe that the necessary action will be taken."
