Online Soccer Manager Double Charged My Card for a Single Purchase

I made a one-time purchase on Online Soccer Manager using my credit card, but to my shock, the payment was taken twice. This means I was unfairly charged double for something I only bought once. If I hadn’t carefully checked my statement, I would never have noticed this, which makes it feel like customers are being taken advantage of.
This situation is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the duplicate charge and confirmation that this mistake has been corrected. Players should not have to worry about being overcharged for in-game purchases. I expect OSM support to process my refund urgently and ensure such errors do not happen again.
