Online CV Charged Me Without Permission After One CV Use
I looked to my banking app this morning and saw that Online CV had charged my account without my permission. I don't use any of their services, and I never got a notice that I had an active subscription or anything like that. There was no notification about the transaction—no email, no confirmation—just a stealthy withdrawal from my account. I assumed I was paying for a one-time service to make one CV when I signed up. It was never evident to me that I would be part of any type of ongoing strategy. I feel like I was utterly mislead by how everything was handled, and I want it to be fixed as quickly as possible. Online CV needs to be more open with its users.

CVwizard Unauthorized Charge - Urgent Refund Request

I was charged for something I didn’t purchase. I made a once-off payment on CVwizard of R20, but on the 28th they took R300 without my consent. I didn’t subscribe to anything; I don’t even have a subscription number or a confirmation email if I did maybe subscribe by mistake.
