Onetravel Sold Me Invalid Tickets and Refused to Refund Despite Payment Proof
Don't book with Onetravel. For $850 I bought airline tickets, however they proved to be invalid. The company claimed they hadn't got the payment when I called them, even though my bank statement unequivocally shows the transaction was handled. Notwithstanding this, they refused to me a refund, even though BC legislation says I am entitled to one should I ask within 24 hours of making a purchase. I had planned to fly, but Onetravel apparently lacked the tickets they sold me. Their email is overflowing, so my messages are bouncing back. The chat bots offer no actual assistance; when I phone, the agents either disconnect the conversation or transfer me repeatedly. I would be grateful to hear from anyone whether they know the principal agents of the company. This has been a quite annoying encounter.
