When I finally connected with a representative, they were polite but provided no real solutions. It felt like they were just reading from a script without genuinely addressing my concerns. I needed assistance with rescheduling a flight, but all I received were vague responses and promises to escalate the situation. Ultimately, nothing was resolved, and I had to take matters into my own hands by contacting the airline directly. Compared to other travel agencies I've used, Onetravel's service is lacking.
