Onetravel Refused to Cancel My Booking After the Airline Changed My Itinerary
A few hours after making a reservation, I got a text from Onetravel stating the airline had added an extra leg to the journey, therefore altering my original schedule. I immediately asked for a cancellation since, when I booked, this was not what I agreed to. I am legally entitled to do. The actual headache started at that point. I spent far too much time on the phone with their customer support, just to be passed about or given evasive answers. Onetravel declines to call off the booking and provide a refund despite several calls and unambiguous requests. Having enough, I will now be reporting this to the relevant consumer protection agencies. The fact that a straightforward request now requires such a drawn-out process irritates me.
