I bought the OnePlus N10 from MediaMarkt, and it has been nothing but a huge disappointment since day one. This phone has so many issues that I genuinely regret ever choosing this brand. First of all, the camera quality is terrible. The images are grainy, the autofocus barely works, and low-light photos are a joke. Then there’s the sensor, which is completely unreliable—it often fails to respond or gives inaccurate readings.
The phone constantly freezes and lags even during basic tasks. It overheats quickly, especially during video calls or casual gaming. Sometimes it even shuts itself off and refuses to restart. The touchscreen is also extremely unresponsive—I have to press multiple times for it to register.
I don’t understand how OnePlus can release a phone with this many issues. It’s not just one faulty unit; I’ve seen similar complaints online. This model feels unfinished and unpolished. For a phone that cost me a considerable amount (₺), it performs like a cheap knockoff. I expected so much more based on the brand’s reputation.
OnePlus needs to acknowledge these widespread problems and offer immediate fixes or replacements. Customers shouldn’t be left regretting their purchase.
