OnePlus 9 Pro Screen Develops Permanent Green Line Without Physical Damage

Today, without any impact, drop, or liquid contact, a permanent green line suddenly appeared on the screen of my OnePlus 9 Pro, and it will not go away. I purchased the device second-hand about a year ago in gently used condition. From my research, I have found extensive information indicating that this display issue is a known hardware defect in OnePlus 9 Pro models, and that free screen replacements are provided under a lifetime display warranty.

The IMEI numbers are registered on the device itself, but because I bought it second-hand, I do not possess an official invoice or proof of purchase. Nevertheless, since I believe this issue is a known manufacturing defect, I request that OnePlus headquarters—and its local representatives—examine my device and repair this screen problem free of charge, either under warranty or through brand goodwill.

I would like to be clearly informed on how this process works using my IMEI details, including which channels and authorized service centers I should submit my application through.
