Omix Repaired My Nephew's Phone After 40 Days Instead of Replacing It
Hello, on October 7th, I sent my nephew's phone to Omix for service. After approximately 40 business days, they returned it to me. When 20 business days had passed, I contacted customer service and was told there was nothing they could do, and I simply had to wait. I asked why we were waiting, as it had already been 20 business days, and suggested they send a new phone. The representative said they were unable to do anything. When I called again on November 28th, they informed me that the phone had been repaired and sent back. When I asked why they did not replace the phone, the representative said it was the decision of the authorities. I requested to speak to those in charge, but they said they could not connect me to them. This experience shows what happens when you purchase a phone from a company with poorly managed operations to save a small amount of money. They even suggested I take legal action, which I certainly will, but this situation has made it clear that working with such companies and managers is a mistake.
