Omio Train Tickets Cancellation And Refund

I purchased multiple train tickets through Omio for a trip starting from Barcelona to Paris and continuing on to several destinations, including Paris to Luxembourg, Luxembourg to Brussels, Brussels to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Lille, Lille to Dunkerque, Dunkerque to Lille, and Lille to London, with the first journey scheduled for 20 March 2026. Unfortunately, due to a serious medical emergency in my family that required hospitalisation, I was forced to cancel this entire trip. Before the date of the first train journey, I contacted Omio customer service to cancel all of these tickets and to request a refund. I explained that I am able to provide medical reports and hospital documents as proof of the emergency situation. I initially tried to reach Omio by email, but the address I used turned out to be a “no reply” address, so I did not receive any response. I also used the Omio chat support, but so far I have not received any concrete reply or guidance on how to proceed with my cancellation and refund. I would like to state that my son, Hermon Ethan D’Souza, was the passenger who was to travel on this trip, and I will attach his hospital and medical reports as evidence of the emergency. I kindly request the full refund of all these tickets, given that I informed Omio before the first journey and that I can provide the necessary medical and hospital documentation to support my case. I also ask Omio to share a valid customer service email address or clear channel through which I can send the required documents and finalise the refund process as soon as possible.
