I recently purchased a pair of gloves from Oleg Cassini, and although it’s been less than 30 days, my return request was denied. When I bought the gloves, I wasn’t informed that returns would not be accepted, and since they didn’t match my wedding dress, I tried to return them. The store claimed that items purchased in-store cannot be returned, even though online purchases allow a 30-day return period.
To make matters worse, the assistant manager’s attitude was highly unprofessional, which was disappointing for a supposedly reputable brand. The store manager directed me to contact this email for assistance, and I am urgently seeking a solution. I expect Oleg Cassini to honor their policy or provide clear communication regarding return terms at the time of purchase. The lack of respect shown over a ₺545 pair of gloves was entirely unnecessary and has left me frustrated.
