Hello, I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about a serious issue I just experienced on the OKX platform. Without my knowledge or consent, my TRC20 wallet address was changed. As a result, a $100 (₺) crypto transfer sent to my previous TRC20 address has now been lost. I only discovered this problem when I logged into the OKX app and noticed that my TRC20 address had been updated.
This is a significant error, and I can't understand how such a critical change could be made without any warning, alert, or notification from OKX. How is it possible that users aren’t informed when their wallet address changes? This is unacceptable and puts user assets at serious risk.
I now have no access to the funds sent to the old address, and I feel completely helpless. I demand immediate support and investigation into this issue. OKX must provide an explanation and take steps to restore my lost funds. I expect a response and resolution as soon as possible. Please do not ignore this—your platform is responsible for this loss.
