I was in the middle of a bank transfer on OKX when I mistakenly clicked the "Cancel" button. Ever since then, my Pi coins have not returned to my account. Before this happened, I could clearly see the funds I had converted to Turkish Lira in my balance, but now they’ve completely disappeared from both my account and my assets list.
This is extremely frustrating. I made a simple mistake by clicking one button, but the consequences have been massive. There was no warning or confirmation before canceling, and now I’m left wondering where my funds went. I expected a more secure and user-friendly experience from OKX.
