OKX, your onboarding process is shockingly unprofessional. I created a new account, submitted all necessary identity documents, and followed the verification steps. But then, out of nowhere, my account approval was blocked due to a so-called “job position survey.” You refuse to approve my account simply because I didn’t fill out a question about whether I’m a worker, civil servant, or tradesperson.
What kind of crypto exchange asks such irrelevant and intrusive questions? Even the largest global platforms don’t burden users like this. You may make short-term profits now, but if you keep up this kind of careless and alienating behavior, OKX will become one of the least trusted exchanges in the long run.
I gave you my government-issued ID—that should be enough. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately and my account isn’t verified without delay, I will be filing an official complaint. This is not how a professional, secure financial platform should operate.
