OKX Suspended My Account and Keeps Rejecting My ID

OKX suddenly suspended my account without any clear reason and is now demanding identity verification. I’ve tried submitting my ID multiple times, yet the system keeps rejecting it without explanation. This has nothing to do with professionalism—it’s a broken process that causes unnecessary frustration.
I can’t buy, I can’t trade, and worst of all, I can’t withdraw my money. I’m completely locked out of my own funds, and support is nowhere to be found. This isn’t what I expected from a platform that claims to be global and secure.
OKX must immediately resolve this issue. Accept my valid ID and lift the suspension so I can access my account and funds. Enough with the vague rejections and delays—treat your users with the respect they deserve.
