I have already shown and verified my ID, yet I’m still facing verification problems with OKX. I don’t understand why this issue persists. The system asks for a 16-digit number based on my address from E-Devlet, but I have no idea what this means, and I can’t find such a number anywhere. This confusion is preventing me from completing verification and accessing my account properly. I urgently need OKX to clarify this requirement and fix the problem. This situation is frustrating, and I expect a clear, prompt solution so I can continue using the platform without any more unnecessary obstacles. Please address this issue immediately.

Guys, there is no such barcode number anywhere, I tried them all. I'm not a child. If you have any honor, find it yourself and enter it. Where is such a barcode number?
