OKX Suspended My Account Due to Ongoing ID Verification Error

My account on OKX has been suspended because of a recurring issue during the identity verification process. At the final step of verification, I keep receiving an error message saying, “Please try again.” I’ve followed the instructions, used different devices and networks, and retried the process multiple times—but the result is always the same.

It has now been 5 days, and I still can’t access my account or funds. The system just loops back to the same error without giving me any insight into what’s wrong or how to fix it. This lack of clarity and support is extremely frustrating.

OKX, I urgently need assistance. I request immediate support to resolve this ID verification issue and lift the suspension on my account. I’ve already lost valuable time and access to my assets over something that should have taken minutes to complete.

Please assign a real support representative who can walk me through this and help restore my account. Automated error messages aren’t enough—your users deserve working solutions and timely assistance.
