OKX Suspended My Account and Identity Verification System Doesn’t Work

Despite submitting my ID during the initial registration with OKX, my account was suspended and I was asked to verify my identity again. However, the system doesn’t allow me to complete the verification process—it simply doesn’t work. What’s more frustrating is that this issue isn’t unique to me. Several other people I know are experiencing the exact same problem on their OKX accounts. None of us can pass the ID check, even though we’ve provided accurate and valid documents. It feels like this might be an intentional limitation within the platform’s system. As it stands, we’re locked out of our accounts with no way to intervene or resolve the issue. I demand that OKX fix the broken verification process and reactivate my account immediately so I can regain access to my funds and services.
