Frustrating Experience with Odamax Customer Service, No Proper Assistance

I strongly advise against booking through Odamax! Their customer service is completely unhelpful and lacks professionalism. When I called for information, someone named Z***** answered and instead of providing assistance, they casually suggested, "I'll send you a link, check the hotels online." If I wanted to search online, I wouldn’t have called for help!

When I pressed for details about specific hotels, they said, "There are too many hotels, how can I tell you about all of them?" This response was not only unprofessional but also dismissive. It felt like they didn’t want to help at all.

I expect Odamax to train their customer service team properly and provide real assistance to customers who take the time to reach out.
