I made a hotel reservation through Obilet for Triada Hotel Taksim for the dates April 11, 2026 – April 13, 2026, paying $127 by debit card. When I went to the address listed on Obilet for my reservation, I was redirected by the hotel to a completely different annex building. Even though I specifically pointed out that no such annex or alternate address was mentioned in the app, the reception insisted that I had to stay there.
The building I was sent to is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel address shown on Obilet and in my reservation. I was also told that I would need to go to the main hotel location every day for breakfast. There is a clear difference between the hotel I booked and the place I was directed to, both in terms of location and appearance. Since this information was never disclosed on Obilet, I believe I was misled.
For this reason, I am requesting a full refund of the $127 I paid for the reservation under booking number HC-2604K48X. Due to the incorrect and incomplete address information, I want this reservation canceled and my payment refunded as soon as possible.
