Obilet Auto-Selects Wrong Hotel Date and Refuses Refund Request

On April 11, I made a hotel reservation through Obilet.com for Hotels Akay, with check-in on April 12 and check-out on April 13. However, because the date field on the website was automatically set to the next day, I did not notice the error while booking. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation had been made for the following day and that there was no availability for that night, which caused a serious inconvenience.

About 10 minutes after completing the reservation, I tried to contact customer service. The online assistant stated that cancellations or refunds were not possible because it was a “pre-made plan.” When I called by phone, I waited on hold for nearly an hour but was never connected to a representative. The system kept me waiting without providing access to a live agent.

My reservation number is 116235201, and I paid $106 by credit card. Due to the misleading automatic date selection on the website and the inability to reach customer support, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for this reservation.
