Obilet Refuses to Update Guest Count and Process Refund Difference

On April 11–12, I made a one-night reservation through Obilet.com for Kozaklı Grand Termal Hotel for 3 adults and 1 child. I completed the booking around 12:00 PM today and paid a total of $173 via bank transfer. My reservation number is 1487565. Immediately after making the reservation, one person canceled, so I requested to update the booking to 2 adults and 1 child and asked for a refund of the price difference.

However, I have been unable to establish any proper communication with Obilet.com. I tried calling customer service 3–4 times but could not reach a live representative. On the website and mobile app, I can only interact with a digital assistant, which fails to understand my request and gives irrelevant, unhelpful responses. It has not provided any solution regarding the change in the number of guests or the refund of the price difference.

Since the reservation date is the same as my check-in date, this change needs to be handled urgently. I made the reservation at 12:00 PM and requested the change at 12:05 PM—within just minutes. Despite this, the number of guests has not been updated, and I have not received any proper response.

I request that Obilet.com update my reservation to 2 adults and 1 child, refund the price difference, and provide a proper customer support channel where customers can reach a live representative.
