I Found My NYX Buttermelt Blush Completely Shattered After Just 8 Days

I recently purchased the NYX Buttermelt Blush, and it’s only been 8 days since I bought it. This morning, I went to use it and was shocked to see that the blush was completely shattered inside the compact. It crumbled into pieces despite being barely used and stored with care.

There’s absolutely no chance that I dropped it. I keep all of my makeup in a dedicated, cushioned storage space. I’ve only used the product a few times, and given how new it is, this kind of breakage should not be happening. It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on a product that falls apart so quickly without any misuse.

I’m very disappointed in the quality of the packaging and product durability. I expect NYX to stand behind their products and offer a solution—either a replacement or a refund. I take great care of my makeup, and I shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of issue so soon after purchase. Please address this promptly.
