Novakid Deleted All Credits

I purchased the Novakid membership for 144 lessons, and since we sent my child to his parents during the summer, we did not schedule lessons during this period. In this context, they sent a message via e-mail without a notification in the application, but this is not the main problem. The problem is that a balance of ~120 classes is deleted and they request membership again in order to be activated. I think this is completely immoral. I hope that a platform whose purpose is education, not gambling, will give up on this application and will not continue this attitude against me.
