Nordwind Ruined My Flight - Rude Crew, Small Seats, Extra Fees

I recently flew with Nordwind Airlines, and although the aircraft was clean and somewhat fresh, numerous elements of the trip troubled me. Most famously, I heard the chief stewardess shout at an old, crippled woman who had momentarily obstructed the aisle. She shot, "Didn't you hear me? I asked you to keep your place!—a response I thought rude and disruptive. On a longer flight, the scant service—just water—along with the quite small seat space proved uncomfortable. It felt more like a budget airline as baggage and seat choice came at additional expenses. Though the pricing was acceptable, that crew contact made me uncomfortable and ruined my opinion of flying with Nordwind.
