I Face Unfair Name Correction Fee And Poor Customer Service At Southwind Airlines

Southwind Airlines charged me an unreasonable fee of ₺540 for a simple name correction involving only one letter. The error originated from their own system, yet instead of resolving the issue fairly, they placed the burden on me as the passenger.
Reaching their customer service is already a struggle—it takes days of repeated attempts to even get through. When I finally managed to connect with an agent, the response was unprofessional and dismissive. Their tone was casual, lacking respect, and far from what one would expect from a company that claims to provide professional airline services.
This experience shows that Southwind Airlines is operating without proper corporate standards, accountability, or customer care. I consider the company unreliable and demand that they review their policies regarding system errors and unfair charges. Passengers should not have to pay excessive fees for mistakes that are not their fault.
