Reaching their customer service is already a struggle—it takes days of repeated attempts to even get through. When I finally managed to connect with an agent, the response was unprofessional and dismissive. Their tone was casual, lacking respect, and far from what one would expect from a company that claims to provide professional airline services.
This experience shows that Southwind Airlines is operating without proper corporate standards, accountability, or customer care. I consider the company unreliable and demand that they review their policies regarding system errors and unfair charges.
