Nivea Deodorant Sprays a Puff of Air, Nothing More

I've had a couple of bad experiences with Nivea deodorant, which left me feeling let down and like I wasted my money. I don't use deodorant often, but in the summer, I find spray deodorant more convenient than roll-on. Regrettably, the prices of these products are already quite high in my country. The spray can only releases a small burst of gas, with only a brief moment of deodorant liquid coming out, even after shaking it vigorously, I'm spending money on deodorant that doesn't work well, this goes beyond a defective product; it's about breaking trust and ignoring customer happiness. I would like to request a refund for the deodorant that I purchased, as it appears to be defective. Additionally, I would appreciate it if Nivea could provide me with an explanation regarding this quality control issue.
