Nissan Qashqai Spare Parts Supply Process Is Slow and Not Effective
about 4 weeks ago, I totally got into this traffic accident, and it's been, like, 3 weeks since that crazy day. I hit up Izmir Nissan Artkıy, the legit dealer/service, to ask for some replacement parts for my Qashqai ride. they said, "most of the parts are gonna come from overseas, and it might take like 3-6 weeks to get 'em." But you know what? today I found out that some of the parts don't even have a clue when they'll arrive. It's all up in the air, my car is worth, almost 2 million TL right now, and this whole uncertain situation is the best... this big brand can't even figure out how to get your parts supply in order? you can't be treating your customers like this. We're feeling super bummed out by this whole thing, especially 'cause we had plans for trips and vacations during the summer months.
