Nissan Qashqai Start-Stop and Transmission Issues Persist Despite Extended Warranty

I made the mistake of purchasing a 2020 model Nissan Qashqai brand new vehicle. There has been a malfunction in the start stop system since the day I bought the vehicle. I took it to the service periodically for this problem and it was fixed for a short time. It relapsed again. I wanted it to be checked again for the same problem every time I took it for annual maintenance. It was also fixed for a short time. The same problem continued to occur over and over again. They changed the transmission oil of the vehicle, which I said was shaking on hills in its first year, and a few more operations were carried out. The problem is fixed. I had my last maintenance done in August 2023, close to the warranty period, and I told him about the start-stop problem again. Something was done and it was temporarily fixed again. When I bought the vehicle, they said let's extend the warranty. we extended it. Since I extended the warranty today, I left the vehicle again to have the annual maintenance done to avoid cancellation. I said that the star stop problem was recurring. I also stated that the problem I had with hill starts in the first year started again. They called me today and said that there was a cost of ₺100,000 and that the extended warranty did not cover it.
