Nissan Juke Startup Lag & Headlight Issue—Service Delay & Poor Warranty Support

I purchased a brand-new Nissan Juke, but I’ve been facing an unresolved startup response issue from the beginning. Now, I’m also dealing with a defective headlight problem, which I later found out is a known manufacturing defect. After waiting 15 days for a service appointment, I was told my car would need to stay in the service center for at least two days for inspections and potential warranty replacement.

My headlights have no damage, no accidents, not even a scratch—yet Nissan insists on keeping my car in service for a problem they should immediately acknowledge as a factory defect. To make matters worse, I was informed that my front bumper would have to be removed at least twice for this process, which is completely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle.

Nissan’s after-sales service is disappointing, making a straightforward warranty issue unnecessarily complicated. Their lack of customer care and failure to provide a quick, reasonable solution is frustrating. Because of this experience, I will never choose Nissan again. Nissan, fix this issue without unnecessary delays or inconvenience to your customers!
