2023 Model Nissan Juke 1.0 DIG-T 155 Platinum Engine Malfunction, Power Decreased

My 2023 Model Nissan Juke 1.0 DIG-T 155 Platinum model vehicle, which I received as new from Nissan, broke down on the road with the warning "Engine Malfunction, Power decreased - Service Time" 2 days after receiving it. Meanwhile, the temperature gauge started to show maximum. Simultaneously, a strong smell of burning plastic was felt inside the vehicle and heavy smoke was observed coming from the hood. Following this warning, the vehicle was pulled aside and roadside assistance was sought. The vehicle was taken with a truck to the Technical Service. I was informed that a hole was detected in the part of the radiator facing the engine and that the radiator replacement would be done under warranty. As I stated in my conversations with Nissan customer services and dealers; I request the replacement of the defective vehicle that you delivered to me regarding the fault that occurred, and I do not accept the return of the relevant vehicle to me after repairing/replacing the parts. For 13 days, I have not received any response regarding my request. I demand immediate action.
